Our experts have many years of experience in business projects. . They worked for renowned companies as full-time experts or implementing consulting projects. When implementing development projects or conducting training or workshops, we determine customer expectations and examine their needs before we start work. Working with clients, we permanently establish work schedules and adjust them to the needs of the tasks, sometimes they may change during the work. However, we focus on a clear and transparent path to our common goal.

Some projects are task-oriented, where we set a specific result by a specific date. Other projects are of a permanent nature (for example, outsourcing of competences in specific areas) in these cases, we specify which parts of the project we implement at a given date and which services are permanent.

We adjust the costs to the nature of the services. We provide services based on an hourly rate, project-based or subscription-based.

Usually, before potentially signing a cooperation agreement, we sign a confidentiality agreement. Each of our contracts contains clauses obliging us to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided.

We cooperate with companies of all sizes, from companies with turnover exceeding several hundred million per year to enterprises with several employees. Most often, however, our clients' turnover exceeds PLN 10 million per year.

In the case of permanent cooperation, we prefer constant contact with the client where we discuss the implementation of the work schedule and determine the nature and scope of work for subsequent periods. We usually meet with the client at least once a month in a group of experts to summarize the work carried out. In the meantime, depending on the project, experts are in contact with the client's team carrying out ongoing work.

Our projects often have such dynamics. Especially in the case of developing specialist competences in the client's team, at the beginning the expert involvement is high and over time we limit our participation to occasional support. We value long-term relationships, especially since a successfully implemented project in one area may result in fruitful cooperation in another area.
